RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the consumable nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all purchases are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products.
In the event that your order is incorrect or contains a defective product, kindly inform us via email within 4 business days of receipt; failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the goods.
If your claim is approved, you are responsible for returning the item to us within 7 days, after which we will issue a replacement at no additional cost, provided the I defect did not result from radu
improper use. Please note that sale items purchased at a reduced price are non-returnable.
Right of Revocation Policy
Under Swiss law, customers do not have the right to return products purchased online solely due to a change of mind.
Skincence is not responsible for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products. We stand behind the quality and integrity of every ingredient and product we sell, and we are fully transparent and share all product ingredients on our website.
