Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after buying your product(s) to request a return (date of receipt of your order).

To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. The return costs will be at your charge.

To start a return, you can contact us via info@mycodage.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Product(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable product(s)
Certain types of products cannot be returned, like custom-made products (myCODAGE serums).
Also, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
